Module PWM SG3525 50Hz to 100Khz

This is a PWM module using IC SG3525 / KA3525. It can be used for inverter 50Hz, 60Hz using silicon steel transformer. or pulse transformer. By adjusting the frequency variation, the maximum frequency can be up to 300Khz. it has totem pole driver using transistor S8550 and 8050. has overload protection, overcurrent protection, low voltage protection. have voltage feedback. Compact design with 9 pin connectors.
Note: Pin 3 and pin 4 of sg3525 are not connected
