In this series, I'll introduce you to the top destination wineries (that give you the best and most unique Napa atmosphere and experience) in both Napa and Sonoma counties. In part 1 we first explore the St. Helena and Calistoga region to the north, home of the full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignons. On the docket are Del Dotto Estate Winery and Caves, Sterling Vineyards, and Castello di Amorosa.
