For those wondering why I'm not in my kitchen? haha! This is in my in-home studio room for my photography business, and it's really hard to film properly in my kitchen. Plus, it's pretty. And I wanted to!
**RECIPES SCROLL DOWN**
Today I decided to make a LONG video (Sorry! It was fun!) of all the food I ate today! Everyone needs a different amount so listen to your body on how much you personally need. But I just wanted to share what *I* personally eat in a typical day!

(P.S. Thai Chillies are hot - use them sparingly if you are sensitive to heat! They seem to keep my body warm, so I love adding them - but I have to add an extra warning!) xo

RECIPES:
Breakfast ~
Smoothie with 3 bananas
10 strawberries
1 mango
3 ice cubes
and some vanilla drops
Snacks ~ 2 bananas, 1 cup blackberries and 1 apple
Lunch ~ 2 zucchini spirallized.
Salsa ~ 3 tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 clove garlic
2 pitted dates
about 5 sundried tomatoes
1tsp apple cider vinegar
1 thai chilli (optional)
1 brazil nut
1tsp sesame seeds
dash of salt and a bit of water all blended in the vitamix.
Dinner ~
Salad ~ 1 cup shredded broccoli
4.5 cups chopped kale
2 green onion stalks
2-3 colourful sweet peppers
8 cherry tomatoes chopped
Dressing ~
Ounce of soaked cashews (I actually just use a shot glass to measure, so it might not be an actual ounce)
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 red pepper
1 thai chilli pepper (optional)
3 pitted dates
1 little shallot
Spices: 1tsp mustard powder, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tbsp red pepper flakes, dash of ground pepper, thai spice blend and salt (this is just what I used, feel free to add or replace with your faves!!)
1tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Blend and enjoy one your salad! xo
