What to expect: You can anticipate educational, how-to content where we demonstrate, guide and mentor others who want to learn new skills that include building projects, mowers, tractors, firewood, chickens, chicken coop, horses, hunting, land management, cabin building, gardening, modern farmhouse design, decorating, cooking, canning and many more undertakings that result in a functional homestead that you can enjoy.

ABOUT US: We own 34 acres of land in Southern Maryland near where the Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay come together. in 2019 we built a modern farm house and a pole barn on the property.
We have three children and six grandchildren (currently). We are from small town in southern Maine. Martin is a veteran and retired from the United States Navy several years ago and decided to pursue our dream of starting our homestead.
