Guisado de Pollo con Papas | Stewedd Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Finely Chopped Chicken Breast
1/2 Can Hunts tomato Sauce
1/2 Finely Chopped white onion
1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
1 Medium Finely Chopped Anaheim Pepper
2-3 Medium Chopped Potatoes
1-2 Chopped zucchinis
1 small chopped Carrot
The desired amount of Cilantro
3/4-1 Cup water or Chicken Broth
1/2 Tbs Chicken Boullion
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Small Bay Leaf (if you have a large one, use half)
White Rice
Optional Queso Fresco
If you don’t have Anaheim peppers available. You can substitute for poblano or green bell peppers
