LOW CARB SUSHI BAKE 🍣
Let me remind everyone that this is Dirty LowCarb since I used crabsticks in the ingredients. If you are on a strict lowcarb/keto better use tuna or salmon.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked cauliflower rice or shiratake rice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 sticks equal gold
a pinch of salt
2 pcs eggs (scrambled for toppings)
Crab and Tuna mixture:
8 pcs crabsticks
1 can tuna (gold seas)
1/2 cup Kewpie Mayo
1/2 cup cream cheese
Sriracha (to taste)
Toppings:
Cheese
Tobiko (fish roe)
Kewpie Mayo
Shredded nori
