salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour
1 small potato, peeled and cut into wedges
1 medium side carrot, peeled and cut into wedges
1 bell pepper, cut into squares
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Caldereta mix powder
1 to 2 cups water
salt to taste
cooking oil for deep frying and sautéing
