Best Fruits For A Healthy Prostate - Fruits Diet
Prostate health is a major concern for all men as we grow older. One out of every seven men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, and as many as half of all men will experience some form of symptoms as a result of an enlarged prostate (BPH). Watermelon:
Watermelon is a good source of lycopene, an antioxidant linked with treatment and prevention of cancer. Red watermelon even has a higher concentration of lycopene than tomatoes.
