Fresh off of breaking Canada’s one-hour cycling record by going 51.304 KM which came one week after running a 5K personal best of 14 : 34 on the track, Lionel joined us to chat about hopefully defending his title at Challenge Daytona and taking home a huge part of the $1,150,000 that is up for grabs at the PTO 2020 Championship.
