10 Minute Abs
This 10 Minute ab workout with Sydney Cummings will take you through two groups of workouts with four different 30 second ab exercises within each group twice. There will be a 30 second rest between each completed group of exercises. This workout will go in an A,B A,B format.
Equipment Needed: None (Optional: Exercise Mat)
Exercise List:
Group 1 (A):
1. Foot stack crunch (Right foot on top)
2. Foot stack crunch (Left foot on top)
3. Alternating heel taps
4. Crunches
Group 2 (B):
1. Bicycle crunches
2. Toe Touches
3. Leg raises
4. Forearm plank
In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, Owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete.
