Let's Play: Goat Simulator - How Dumb Is This Game? - THIS IS REAL LIFE

In today’s video Game Friday video, I play a new video game…well, new to me, but actually not that new in real life. A co-worker of mine recommended it to me, and not because he played it, but because he thought it looked super dumb and wanted me to play it. What is this game you ask? It’s Goat Simulator!

Goat Simulator is the latest in goat simulation technology. You no longer have to fantasize about being a goat, you can actually be a goat in this video game. What is the point? There is no point. This game is a huge time suck. Just so you have an idea of just how much of a time suck this video game is…the Goat Simulator website includes a Disclaimer on its Home page…

“Goat Simulator is a small, broken and stupid game. It was made in a couple of weeks so don’t expect a game in the size and scope of GTA with goats. In fact, you’re better off not expecting anything at all actually. To be completely honest, it would be best if you’d spend your $10 on a hula hoop, a pile of bricks, or maybe a real-life goat.”

Now…sometimes super dumb things can be the most fun to play. And let’s be real…video games, in general, are huge wastes of time. But I was intrigued by this game after watching the trailer and thought…”this game might just be dumb enough to make playing it super fun.” Thankfully I was able to download this game for free from the PlayStation store…that’s all I’m saying.
