Water Lantern Festival at Washington DC's National Harbor

This year, we attended the Water Lantern Festival at the National Harbor in Prince George's County, Maryland. It was an amazing experience and we're glad we attended.

The festival is committed to being environmentally friendly and have a "leave no trace" policy in which all lanterns are collected and properly disposed of.
