Godot fix for skinning on OpenGLES2

For several months I hadn't been able to develop my Godot games on Android because there was a bug that caused crashes whenever you used a skinned character on my older Android devices.

So after finishing my last game I spent some time yesterday and today in the Godot source code identifying what was causing the bug and now I have made a fix! Hopefully it will be into the main Godot branch soon for others, maybe edited a bit.

This is running on Google Nexus 7 2012, before this godot 3d games would not run on such hardware.
