POST LEFT SHOULDER SURGEY
FINALLY GOT CLEARED by my doctor to workout, (I have not worked out in about 6 weeks so far)while I do physical therapy for my shoulder, however I was told by the doctor that I may NEVER do handstand push-ups again or human flags. I intend to prove them wrong. Follow my journey as I do rehab for my shoulder using only resistance bands & calisthenics.
