Our video today is about a striped hyena, attacking an old man in India.
As we've mentioned many times in our previous videos, that wild animals and human conflicts are not uncommon in India. There had been many cases, where wild animals have attacked people and their livestock. However, you would rarely hear about a striped hyena attacking people.
In most cases it's the elephants, tigers, leopards and sloth bears that attack people or their livestock. Two men Pandurang Sahadu Jadhav age 70 and a biker Rahul Madhukar Gade age 25, were injured in an attack by a hyena.

Both were taken to a government hospital, and were given an anti rabies vaccination course. A group of tourists had seen the hyena just minutes earlier, and told the elderly person not to go in that direction. They told him that the hyena was present very close to the road, and was possibly unstable. But Jadhav replied that hyenas were common in their area, and kept on walking in the same direction. Anticipating something would happen, one of the boys from the group started to record the video.

Another video went viral where a striped hyena attacked a dog.Luckily, the dog owners were around at that time and they managed to scare away the beast. Otherwise, hyena would've fully enjoyed a spicy hot dog snack that day. In the next clip a spotted hyena started to mess around with a donkey.
Of course, they both are someone's pets in china, but a friendly fight turned serious within no time. Donkey made sure that hyena learns the lesson of its life and next time it should think thrice before messing with it.

Donkeys can become territorial over their pasture and will sometimes attack small livestock and pets. This territorial aggressive behaviour, it is most likely to occur in young male donkeys. Especially in the springtime, or when their environment provides little mental stimulation. Donkeys have sharp incisors and canines, that make their bite particularly dangerous. Similar to the camel, the wide opening of a donkey jaw explains the more frequent occurrence of loss of tissue substance, and crush injury instead of punctuate lesions or skin abrasions.
