Will PF Chang’s takeout be gluten-free?

I ordered PF Chang’s delivery via Uber Eats knowing that I have eaten there safely in the past. I ordered 3 dishes hoping for lots of leftovers for me and my friend. We were starving.

As Suki my gluten detection celiac service dog sniffed each dish, she quickly raised a paw to alert to gluten. We also had her check the food on clean plates, and she still alerted. Please note that gluten detection dogs can detect down to trace amounts of gluten well below the 20 parts per million that can cause damage to someone with celiac disease. The amount of gluten may have been cross contact, but if Suki alerts, I do not eat the food.

I called PF Changs and told them the situation. They credited the bill, but since I bought the food via uber eats, I still have not seen the credit. My neighbors enjoyed the food, and I ran to Aldi’s to pick up their gluten-free General Tso’s chicken which was delicious and safe for me and my friend to eat.
