MacBook Air M1 vs Windows Gaming Laptop Music Production Comparison

MacBook Air M1 vs Intel Lenovo Legion Y540 (Windows) gaming laptop for music production. I'm comparing both these laptops using Ableton Live 11 (which isn't optimized for Big Sur or the M1 chip). Which do you think will win? Also, I used x86 (intel) coded VST plugins(Big Sur can translate x86 into R.I.S.C. format via the Rosetta 2 software wrapper). You can download the demo version of the Arturia V collection. So you can see the performance yourself. You might be surprised! A few notes before people complain (I'm sure people will point it in the comments). Windows stock audio drivers have very high latency & need ASIO to lower it (core audio driver come with MacOS are low by default). ASIO only works when a respected device is attached (Windows only).
