There is no such a thing as Right or Wrong in Sashiko. However, I am so passionate (and somewhat frustrated) that I want to share the style of Sashiko we practice. As always, I have reasons for my passion. This is a video of explaining the 4 reasons why I prefer the Sashiko method we practice.
Many ask me, “How can I make stitches so even?”
I often share in the Sashiko Class with my proverb, “Don’t try to make it even”.

Sashiko is more than just a stitching for decorative purposes.
