6AM DAILY ROUTINE OF A STAY AT HOME MOM | full day schedule | 3 year old and 1 year old

Sharing my 6AM daily routine and schedule in today’s episode! Structure and routine are my jam -- I’m a stay at home mom to a 3 year old and 1 year old and in this current season, I’m trying to find ideas and activities that will work for both girls. Some are hits and some are misses, but we’re figuring it out each day. I’ve also made some recent changes to nap and quiet time that has made a HUGE difference to my sanity and mental health. Being a huge advocate for self-care, I knew something had to change and I only wish I had started sooner.
