Cyclists struck by car door on Locke Street
On April 8, Michael Gilroy broke his wrist and two ribs when he and his partner crashed into a car door that opened suddenly in front of them while cycling on Locke Street. He wanted to share the painful-looking video online in the hopes it would “raise awareness” about the risk of dooring injuries.
