Ford Ranger Painted Bumper Repair with Spray Cans!

In today's episode, we're repairing the rust on the Danger Ranger's gloss black rear bumper using spray cans! A lot of Ford Ranger's had the painted bumper option, and for those of us who live in areas where it snows, rust may be getting the better of that paint job.

We decided to make the Ranger's rust repair using common hand tools and Dupli-Color spray paint that you can buy at your local auto parts store to show you that your really don't need a professional body shop to do simple repairs on your Ranger's bumper. We'll show you how to get the trim off the bumper, how to sand out the rust, how to fix the bumper's contour after and then how to repaint with base coat and clear coat, both from cans.
