The Winter Soldier's memory is wiped many years ago as punishment for having a secret relationship with one of the Red Room's pupils, Natasha Romanoff. In the present day, despite him thinking he doesn't remember any of it or that he doesn't "do that anymore", Natasha makes it her personal mission to make Barnes remember what they once had; distracting him during the most inopportune moments while on missions, sneaking up on him in public or even when he thinks he's alone, making him jealous with other men, or even having to go the lengths of having him captured. Whether she has to use heavy artillery or heavy seduction (Barnes isn't sure which is worse at this point), she knows she will get through to him. Will he break?
*NOTE* I understand that the line in the last clip in the video of the Winter Soldier speaking Russian has been heavily debated left and right throughout the fandom due to poor closed caption translation and it being difficult to actually hear what Sebastian says clearly in that moment. I know there have been claims of fluent Russian speakers hearing something along the lines of "She's mine", "She is mine", "I have her", "I have it" and the actual movie's closed captioning stating it as "I have her" (even though multiple people have claimed that was incorrectly translated to what he was actually trying to pronounce). *(Big sigh)* so for the sake of this video and the narrative, yes I left the line as the "She's mine" interpretation. I spent a long time debating if I should leave it or not, but I decided to leave it in because ultimately the actual audio and visual caption really add to the finale of the video. So that's that. If you come at me in the comments about this translation, just know that I'm not even going to waste my time responding back because I've already addressed it here, and that's all I'm going to say about it.

Sorry for the terrible video quality found in 0:32, 1:25, 1:57 - 1:58, and 2:03. For some reason, the original video file looks absolutely fine, but every time I tried to upload it to YT it would lower the video quality of those specific parts. I even tried rendering the video again several times and other measures, but every time the final YT upload would give me the same result. 🤦‍♀️🤔 Oh well.
