As usual, let's start with some specs:
Gore-Tex lining for maximum breathability, water-resistance and comfort
STB Control System: the upper wraps the midsole in the medial zone increasing stability on traverse routes and wraps around the foot for a comfortable and precise fit
Vibram Mega-Grip sole with Impact Brake System
A technical, mid-cut, waterproof leather boot desgined to excel in technical terrain in the mountains with a heavy load
Upper: Leather/1.5mm PU TechLite rand/Rubber Toe Cap

Ok, let me start by saying that these La Sportiva boots are one of the best hiking boots that I have reviewed on this channel. These TX4 La Sportiva are easily one of the most comfortable hiking boots that I've tried.

For those who prefer lightweight hiking boots, these are definitely one of the best best backpacking boots available out there. And I am not the only one who is impressed, just look at these online lists: best hiking boots for men 2020, best waterproof hiking boots, best hiking shoes for men 2020, best backpacking boots 2019 AND best backpacking boots 2020... Wow.
