Healthier Easier: Jamie Oliver 15-minute tuna pasta
This no-cook pasta sauce is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. While the pasta is cooking, simply blitz everything in a blender. So easy!

How to cook 15-minute tuna pasta
Step 1: Cook the pasta 0:24
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions.
Step 2: Blitz the sauce 0:43
Pick the smaller basil leaves and set aside. Peel the cucumber and discard the skin. Deseed and roughly chop the red capsicum and place in a blender with most of the fresh tomatoes (reserving a handful), sun-dried tomatoes and 1 tbs of the oil from the jar, chilli, garlic, bigger basil leaves and stalks, vinegar and a pinch of black pepper. Blitz until smooth.
Step 3: Mix the pasta and sauce together 2:43
Drain the pasta and return to the pan, then pour over the sauce and toss to coat. Tip onto a serving platter.
Step 4: Add tuna and feta 3:54
Drain the tuna and quarter the remaining tomatoes. Top the pasta with the tuna, quartered tomatoes and reserved basil leaves. Crumble over the feta and drizzle with 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil before serving.
