Sony has FINALLY made PlayStation Store refunds simple and straightforward! No more endless customer service calls or complicated procedures.

Here's what changed:
- Request refunds directly through the PlayStation mobile app or web browser
- You have 14 days from purchase to request your money back
- The process is now streamlined and user-friendly

BUT there's one major catch you need to know about...

Once you download or stream a game, you lose your refund eligibility completely. The only exception is if the game is genuinely broken or doesn't function properly.

This means you need to be absolutely sure about your purchase before hitting that download button. It's perfect for fixing buyer's remorse, but only if you catch it early.
