The Wild Update in LESS THAN A MONTH?! Minecraft 1.19 Pre Release 1

22w20a? NOPE! Minecraft 1.19 Pre Release 1 for The Wild Update is here!
Pre - release normally means we are within a month of the official update being available! There are only a few changes to mention since the most recent snapshot but this definitely means that we are getting very very close to 1.19 officially being released!

We have some changes to the vibration mechanics in game. Now vibrations are made when using items. The mangrove swamps have been slightly de-cluttered and the place template command has been improved.
