WW2 - What if Soviets join Axis in 1940

Second World War: what Soviet Union joins the Axis in 1940 and declares war on British Empire? Who would have won?

In November 1940 during WW2 there was a negotiation between Soviet Foreign Minister Molotov, von Ribbentrop and Hitler concerning Soviet Union’s entry into Axis.
On 25 November 1940, Soviets presented a proposal: they would accept the Axis pact but they asked for a world sphere of influence centered on Iraq and Iran and Influence over Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Finland.
Germany did not respond, leaving the negotiations unresolved and after some months Barbarossa Operation started.
But what if Hitler would have accepted?
