One of them that I get asked about weekly is in ear monitors (in ear headphones). What are the best in ear monitors? How much should I spend? Do I need molded in ear headphones?

I'm not a tech wiz...don't pretend to be. But I do have a lot of friends that are nerds in their respective field. So I wanted you to hear good information from the source.
