CT Ice Storm - WFSB TV 3

We're still trying to remember the exact date of this ice storm in CT, but it was a big one. Limbs snapping under the weight of the ice and lots of damage in the state. Definitely a storm to remember. This report centers on Bristol and Wolcott.
