Friends, today I am sharing Dominos Style Paneer Makhani Pizza Recipe.. Comes out just as good as in Dominos if not better!

Ingredients for Makhani Pizza -
Water - ½ cup
Sugar - 2 tsp
Yeast - ¼ tsp
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 cups
Garlic powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Makhani sauce
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 200 ml
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 1/3 cup

Oil - ½ tsp
Haldi Powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder = ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - dash
Kasoori Methi - ¼ tsp
Paneer - 100g

To finish Pizza:
Dry Maida - to dust
Capsicum - 1 small
Cheese - 1 cup (mozzarella + cheddar)
Corn Meal / Maize Flour / Suji - to roll
Butter - to brush
Oregano, Chili Flakes - to top
