GPD Win Max 2 - Intel - Super Mario Sunburn [Request: 60 FPS + wide screen + 2x resolution]

As per request playing Super Mario Sunburn with the 60 fps hack enabled.

The game is running at 2x internal resolution.

TDP: unlimitted
Refresh rate: 60 fps (Hack)
Resolution: 800p
Emulator internal render resolution: 2x

How to enable 60 fps hack:

1.
Download the latest custom Dolphin Ishiiruka build here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-ishiiruka-dolphin-custom-version

2.
Select the game, go to settings and add the following patch:
0x804167B8:dword:0x3F600000
(dword means 32 bit, in case the emulator does show those options instead)

3.
Set the emulation speed to 120 fps

4.
Go to Audio and enable the checkbox to cut audio speed in half.
