Section 8 Rental Repairs | Annual Inspection

Section 8 mailed a list of repairs from a recent annual inspection on one of my rental properties. In this video, I walk you though the list while I make the appropriate repairs. Section 8 missed 2 items, COMMENT below if you see them. Started by caulking the tub, cleaning the drain, securing kitchen faucet handle, installing a new smoke detector and then replacing the mirror.
