Off Brand Printer Ink Review- HP vs LxTek

How does off-brand printer ink compare to "genuine" ink cartridges? I try out LxTek ink- http://amzn.to/2s52nsT in my HP printer and looks for problems and compare print quality between the $22 LxTek ink set and the $150+ HP Brand Inks.
