I have a serious sweet tooth, but I still want to keep things healthy—so this gluten-free banana bread is my go-to treat! It’s soft, moist, naturally sweetened, and made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Plus, it’s refined sugar-free, making it a perfect healthy dessert or breakfast option.
🍌 BANANA BREAD RECIPE 🍌
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
▪️3 Ripe Organic Bananas
▪️2 Organic Pasture Raised Eggs
▪️1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
▪️1/3 Cup Organic Maple Syrup
(more or less to taste)
▪️2 Cup Organic Fine Almond Flour
▪️3/4 Tbs Baking Soda
▪️1/2 Tsp Salt
▪️1 Cup Organic Chopped Walnuts
(or to taste)
Mix wet ingredients in a larger bowl and dry ingredients separately in a different bowl. Once all are mixed separately, slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix. Do not overmix. It should be somewhat thicker and not runny. If it is too runny, sprinkle in some more almond flour or chopped nuts.
Pour into a greased bread pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, depending on your oven. Once you think it looks done, stick a toothpick in a couple of places, and if it comes out dry, it is done. Let it cool before digging in.
