Hantek TO11 1832C LCR Meter Review & Teardown | Voltlog #303

This is a review and teardown of the Hantek TO11 also known as 1832C LCR Meter. There are two versions of this LCR Meter: TO11 also known as 1832C and TO22 also known as 1833C and as far as I can tell the only difference between the two affordable lcr meters are some extra test frequencies and extra test voltage of 0.3v. As shown in the video this meter is nicely built, high quality soldering, no bodges but does have some disadvantages like not enough LCD brightness or a very hard to remove battery cover. It does compensate for those with a very good price and the fact that it runs on two, user replaceable, 18650 batteries.
