Ingredients 材料 :
●1st Layer 第一層
Water 900ml 清水 900ml
Caster sugar 100g 細砂糖 100克
Jelly powder 3tsp 果凍粉 3茶匙
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙

●2nd Layer 第二層
Pandan juice: 班蘭汁
Pandan leaves 20g 斑蘭葉 20克
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升

Pandan juice 350ml 班蘭汁 350毫升
Coconut milk 50g 椰漿 50克
Caster sugar 50g 細砂糖 50克
Agar powder 1+1/4tsp 燕菜粉 1+1/4茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果凍粉 1+1/4茶匙
