2010 Jeep Cherokee with no heat!

In this video we troubleshoot a 2010 Jeep Cherokee that is not blowing warm air. It turns out the blend door shaft is broken which is a common problem on this vintage of Cherokee. We use a Dorman 604-388 repair kit and get it blowing warm air again.
