CHINESE GARBAGE! Nanning, Guangxi China

They wash the garbage cans on the streets of Nanning every day. There is no garbage in China as everything I mean everything is recycled. We have one little blue bin per 28 apartments in our apartment complex. How can this be enough to deal with all of the garbage from 28 family units. Well watch the video and find out.
