Spicy Teriyaki Ribs Smoked On The Weber Kettle

With a homemade spicy teriyaki marinade to flavor a rack of spareribs overnight, I set up my Weber Kettle for indirect cooking with some briquettes and hickory wood and smoked the ribs using the 3-2-1 method between 225 F and 250 F for just over 6 hours total. And, man, was it worth it!
