How to: Replace a suspension arm (Ford Mondeo Mk3)

Removing and replacing a rear suspension arm on a Mondeo hatchback. This is the 'tie bar' that runs lengthwise from the knuckle to the chassis but the principles are similar.

You will need...
* New replacement part(s)
* Set of decent sockets & bars and other assorted tools as shown in the video.

* Medium strength threadlocker (e.g. Loctite 243 [blue]). Amazon US: http://amzn.to/2DN3Upv | UK: http://amzn.to/2mTuVAv

N.b.: If you disturb alignment adjustment parts the car will need a new alignment after.
