The £3 billion, 7.6-hectare brownfield regeneration project plans to make a new Kensal Canalside neighbourhood over the next 11 years. It's been identified in the Mayor of London's plans as an Opportunity Area, but it's reported that residents are fighting the scale.

With its proximity to existing train tracks and the desperate need for London housing, is 20% affordable housing enough, or is the cost of cleanup taking too big a bite? 🏙️
