HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL LUCBAN PANCIT HABHAB

Everyone loves pancit! And this version of the popular noodle dish from Lucban, Quezon is one that will please all types of appetites. What makes it different from other classic pancit varieties like Canton or Bihon? This one features a lovely sauce that is best enjoyed with a dipping sauce of vinegar, onions, and garlic. Popularized by restaurant chain Buddy’s, this pancit can now be enjoyed anytime at home. Let’s start cooking #SimpolLucbanPancitHabhab!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup pork strips
cooking oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3 tablespoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
5 to 6 Chinese sausages, sliced
3 pieces kikiam, sliced
1/2 cup pork liver
2 cups chicken stock
250 grams Pancit Lucban or Miki Lucban
2 tablespoons Datu Puti Oyster Sauce
1/2 small carrot, julienned
1/2 cup chayote, strips
cracked black pepper
1 bunch pechay (stalks and leaves) chopped
For the dip:
1/2 cup Silver Swan Cane Vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
