This 2002 BMW M5 remained registered with its previous owner for 16 years before it was sold on BaT in March 2025, and it was acquired by the selling dealer in 2026. Powered by a 4.9-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission, the car is finished in Sterling Gray Metallic over black and Silverstone Nappa Point leather. It has been fitted with a Rogue Engineering x-pipe, a Dinan cat-back exhaust system, and a UUC Motorwerks short shifter. Additional features include 18″ Style 65 wheels, a limited-slip differential, a sunroof, xenon headlights, Park Distance Control, heated power-adjustable front seats, and navigation. Work since March 2025 included refinishing the wheels, fluid changes, and replacing the timing chain tensioner, tires, and assorted audio components. This E39 M5 is now offered in New York at no reserve by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with manufacturer’s literature, spare parts, service records, and a clean Massachusetts title.
