My Daughter With Down Syndrome Learning To Swim

Autumn has made so much progress in swim class. At first she really struggled as you can see on the first video which I will link here https://youtu.be/zBvrx1w9Jh8 Autumn is now tolerating putting her head under the water to grab a ring, she can now swim for a few seconds without any assistance, and she is learning to move both her hands and feet together. She is so very proud of herself and swimming has really built her self confidence. We are so happy to find something she likes and we are hopeful she will be swimming laps in no time.
