Hey Beautiful People,

As requested, the answer to the "Nissy how did you lose weight question!?"

This video has been an extremely difficult one for me to post but here it is! Please bare in mind that I am not a doctor, nutritionist etc so everything I say is ONLY based on my personal experiences. Also, I want to make it VERY VERY clear that this is a how NOT to lose weight video! And I want people to take heed of the consequences that come with losing weight in this way. However, Part 2 will include tips on how I've maintained my weight etc.

I hope that this will help someone, especially those that are going through an eating disorder etc. I want you to know that you are not alone and that we all have our demons to battle. Mine is with food and it is a lot better but not quite there yet.

Also, filming this video made me realise that I should have sought the right help from the beginning! But I have decided that I will be going to see a doctor just to ensure that I am 100% fine now, despite feeling like it. I will share that experience with you too.
