1 cup onion
1 cup green onion
1/2 cup celery
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup smoked sausage
1/4 cup ham
1 cup andouille sausage
2 large bay leaves
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 cup cubed chicken thighs
16oz chicken stock
8oz shrimp stock
15oz cut okra
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp parsley
3 cup shrmip
1/2 tsp gumbo file powder
Salt to taste
