Concorde - last flight out of Edinburgh

On a final tour of the UK, Concorde arrived in Edinburgh on 24 October 2003 - the video shows the takeoff and rapid climb out accompanied by the noise of car alarms going off as the thunderous Olympus engines were given a workout. I stood on top of a concrete post to get a good viewpoint for several hours, having arrived at the Ingliston car park at an insane hour in the morning to get a space at the front. Well worth it. More so as I have actually travelled on this magnificent aircraft.
