Sewing is hard! Whether you're a historical costumer, cosplayer, modern sewist, or any other kind, let us cheer you on. Then join us for CoSy 2021, short for CosTube Symposium, from August 19th through August 22nd!
We all need a pep talk sometimes. Whether you're starting a new project, rescuing something from the UFO pile, remaking an old build, battling sleeve setting, or fixing a failed costume, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and stuck. Sewing takes determination, and having the encouragement of your fellow costumers, cosplayers, dressmakers, and other sewists can make all the difference in finding your motivation. Eight of us CosTubers put together this little video to lift your spirits and get you back to the cutting table. So thread that needle, sharpen those scissors, stretch out your shoulders, and get sewing again! We'll see you at CosTube Symposium in a couple weeks, and we can't wait to see all the beautiful projects you're making.
