Ingredients:
Dosa Batter
Lengthwise Chopped Onion
Lengthwise Chopped Tomato
Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
Finely Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
Finely Chopped Coriander (Dhania)
Schezwan Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Pav Bhaji Masala
Cheese
Butter
Salt
Water

Procedure:
1. In dosa batter add salt and water and prepare a batter with proper consistency.
2. Now heat a tawa well and add sprinkle some water on it and wipe it with a cloth. Pour the batter and prepare the dosa. Add some butter on dosa and melt it well. Now add onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cabbage on the dosa. Add schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, pav bhaji masala and salt. Spread the masala well on dosa. Let it cook for a while.
3. Now add some coriander leaves and grate some cheese. Cook till dosa becomes crisp and brown.
4. Roll the dosa and cut into pieces. Serve it in plate and grate some cheese over it. Enjoy the dosa with coconut chutney.
