MAKES: 10-11 Medium Sized Donuts

[INGREDIENTS]
To Activate Yeast:
1/2 Cup Warm Milk
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Dry Yeast
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka aata)
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup + 2-3 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Butter
Oil for Frying (Using Azafran Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil)
1/2 Cup Chocolate
Sprinkles
Organic Jaggery Powder (Gud ki Powder)
